New Site Features

This section is dedicated to the development team. We have created this section to keep you informed to the latest new  features, now currently live on the site. It is almost impossible to make mention of every feature that we feel  worth mentioning and as such we have focused on the latest and most monumental to the development team. We Will be keeping this section up-to-date so be sure to keep checking back for new nifty website enhancements and features..

Click for PDF Version product info - Launched August 2006

Now when you see a product of interest that you want to save on your computer. Whether to show to clients or view at a later stage, click the "Save as PDF" button on the corresponding product information page. The Product page will be reopened in PDF format by your browser and you can then save that page onto your local machine for future reference

Back button in product info page - Launched August 2006

This is a small enhancement which we would forgive you for not noticing, when looking at any product info page you now have a back button to take you back to the referral page. How it makes browsing alittle easier 

Some prices will say "Call for price" - Launched August 2006

You will notice that a very small percentage of products don't have any price listed. Instead where the price usually is it says "Call for Price" This feature is specifically for the products where prices changes abnormally drastically based on printing requirements and quantity's ordered. A classic example of this is Promotional Items like flags, banner walls etc.

Recent Viewed and best viewed- Launched July 2006

Printer friendly product page - Launched July 2006

Now when you see a product of interest that you want to print from your computer. Whether to show to others or view at a later stage, click the "Click For Printer Friendly" button on the corresponding product information page. The Product page will be reopened in clean page with the product number, number, price and description. Click print and it will be printed onto a single page without the unnecessary boxes etc..

Pdf pricelist - Launched July 2006

The entire perkalgifts pricelist is now available for public download in PDF Format. Please note that due to the overwhelming size of our products database, last I checked this pricelist was over 400 pages.

Request Quote - Launched June 2006

Corporates, you can now confirm availability and price online on www.perkalgifts.co.za No more interruptions to your browsing with that annoying stopping and starting. Now you see something that suits your description and require a quote, simply click the following logos located under the product and to the right of it  and a consultant will get back to you with all the relevant details.

Once you click the "Quotations Request" button, you will be asked to complete your details in the form  and click the Continue button at the bottom of that page. A customer service consultant will contact you to confirm whether this purchase qualifies you/your company for a discount.

Please note: For your convenience, once you are logged into you Perkal Gifts Account online, the system will automatically submit your contact details into the fields for you, so all you need todo is specify your query and click submit (Don't have to type your name, email address etc) If you are not yet a member click here to join and enter a the Perkal world of rewards (Only takes 1 minute and is completely free)

Directly below is an example of what the form look likes, this option only appears when you are viewing products (i.e. If you are reading our latest news articles you wont see it) This is because once you click the system will know which product you are querying -without you having to mention it at all- and as such if there is no product for the system to select from (such as now when you are reading an info page), the query won't work.

So if you find the same part listed for less than what we're selling it for use the form below to notify us and we will match it and email you when the new price is available usually within the same day!
