Can we send our companies courier company to collect? Once we have received your order (Either via the webpage, email or fax) you will receive an invoice for that order. Once payment has reflected and your parcel processed we will notify that your order is ready for collection. PLEASE DON'T SEND YOUR COURIER until we have confirmed that your order is procossed, packaged and waiting for collection..
Do you offer wholesale/corporate/bulk discounts? The prices on the webpage are our retail prices. Should you be purchasing for resale or purchasing large quantities of select products, you will receive a discount. The discounts are dependent on the total value of the order and the products choosen. These discounts start from 5% and can go up to 55%. As you may have noticed we do offer wholesale, bulk and affiliate discounts on our listed prices.. Should you be looking for large quantites, please note that these prices will come down even further.. This is dependant upon the product, its weight, the qty required and the lead time. Time permitting we can source almost any product for you, import it for you and beat any price in South Africa.
How long does delivery take? Depending on which delivery and payment option has been selected, delivery takes anywhere between 1 and 7 working days.. We hold large volume of stock in S.A but also fly some stock in from suppliers all around the world on a weekly basis.
I don't see what i want/need, can you source it for me? In short... Yes we can! Please mail us your request Should your client require a product not available in one of our range, we are equipped to source this product for you. We have a large network of suppliers in The Far East and Europe and have access to an endless array of products. Quantity and time permitting, Perkal has the expertise and connections to look after your special import requirements.
I have received some Catalogues where are the Pricelists? Perkal no longer has a seperate pricelist, all our products are loaded onthe site with their base pricing. For trade clients and large quantities please email sales@perkalgifts.co.za to confirm your discount. The reason for this is that therange has gotten to large to effectivly present in a pricelist.
How do I download an E-Product from the site? Once you have received a notification that your download is waiting, please login to www.perkalgifts.co.za. Once you are logged into your account you will notice a few new information windows on the right hand side of your page. About 3/4's down you will see a window labelled "You have a Download" Please click there to download your E-Product

You may also collect from our JHB OFFICE if you prefer (This option is only available for Trade and Corporate Client, end users cannot collect directly)
Once we send your product we mail you a tracking number and all the details to track your delivery on the Perkal page...
Will I get confirmation once my order has been shipped? Not only will we email you confirmation upon dispatch but we keep you informed of each stage of the process. We'll send you an order confirmation letter via e-mail. It includes your order number, and confirms the shipping information you provided us. The e-mail also lists each product you ordered and the price. Then we will also send you confirmation once payment is received and then again once your product is packed and dispatch. Also, you can check the status of your order anytime by checking our online Order Status.
